BUDGET: 11 crore INR and above (USD1.48 million and above)
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Hussain Sagar Lake is a unique place rich in history and culture, well-connected to people with both inherent vibes and infrastructure. It has a unique story-telling that relives the prideful past and passage of riches through time and a unique blend of audio-visual technology that lives the present and enlivens the future—even as it demonstrates a record for itself.
The place chosen was Sanjeevaiah Park, a 5.7-acre, lush greenery landscape developed on the banks of the historic Hussain Sagar Lake that separates the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad; the story chosen was that of the Koh-i-Noor, once the pride of Indian kings and kingdoms; and the technology chosen was
a music and aqua laser/projection mapping multimedia show.
The setting of the ensuing spectacle was also to be unique- in that it had the new, grand secretarial building in the backdrop (seen across the sheet of lake waters), the Telangana Martyrs’ Memorial on one side, and the other side the world’s tallest monolithic statue of standing Buddha overlooking the eastern shores and the famously doyen-studded promenade of Tank Bund. Also in the vicinity is the site of India’s second largest Tricolor flagpole. it’s the country’s second tallest and largest national flagpole after the tallest one.
WHAT DID THE CLIENT WANT TO ACHIEVE?
The client wanted to create a spectacular and memorable experience for guests that showcased the story of Koh-i-Noor through AV technology to complement the rich history and culture of Hussain Sagar Lake and the surrounding buildings with the park.
SCOPE OF WORK YOUR COMPANY WAS INVOLVED IN
The allure of Sanjeevaiah Park creates a visual spectacle through a mesmerizing multimedia show that blends laser lights, projection mapping, and a musical water fountain. Visitors go through synchronized water dances choreographed to a diverse range of musical genres, including classical. Over 1000 robotic nozzles and LED lights using the DMX protocol for dynamic colour changes with a whopping 16 million-plus options. Equipped with three 40W RGB lasers to enhance the visual experience. Three HD projectors with 34,000 lumens were used for clear, vibrant projections on the Aqua Screen. Integration with a powerful media server for swift and efficient colour transitions. Viewing Gallery, a fixed seating gallery with 800-1000 guest capacity, and a rooftop restaurant offering panoramic views of the park and the multimedia show. Installation of a 5.1 Dolby Surround Sound system calibrated for an immersive audio experience made of stainless steel, measuring 10×30 ft, & 10×20 ft, serving as a projection surface. All these features characterized what emerged to stand as India’s largest and tallest water fountain, scaling 260 feet in height and spreading across a dimension of 540×130 feet.
WHAT KEY CHALLENGES WERE FACED?
There were no real challenges. However, one challenge was that the content needed to match the AV technology on display.
HOW WERE THOSE CHALLENGES RESOLVED?
We decided to go with the Best Story and scriptwriter and finally hired Mr V. Vijayendra Prasad. Vandematram’s music and the Voiceover artist U. Shunitha from the South Film Industry are the best for this Project to ensure the quality of the content. As for the AV technologies, Aura Bright Light India Pvt Ltd, the project’s systems integrator, was instrumental in bringing this amazing display to reality. Its expertise in integrating advanced AV technologies with historic architecture ensured a seamless blend of modern visuals with the university’s history. Aura Bright Light India meticulously managed the installation, testing and commissioning of the Panasonic projectors PT-RZ34K + ET-D3LEW60 x 1 & PT-RZ24K + ET-D3LEW10 x 2 and EAW Make Audio Systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
HOW HAS YOUR WORK HELPED THE CLIENT?
